The Stop LAPD Spying Coalition has obtained via public records request the names, photographs, and serial numbers of 9,310 photos of LAPD officers.
Here is a link to download all of the photos (268.9MB). This data is a public record. There is an overwhelming public interest in knowing what these heavily-armed government employees are doing on our streets. There is no private information contained in this data set.
